TabibAI is a clinical workflow assistant for clinic intake, document organization, and physician-reviewed draft documentation.

No medical advice

TabibAI does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace professional medical judgment. AI-generated outputs are produced by frontier models — frontier AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google — and positioned as drafts for qualified clinician review. Every output is labeled as AI-assisted and requires human approval before clinical use.

Platform access

The workspace is provided for clinical workflow review and deployment scoping. Features, pricing, access controls, and data-processing responsibilities may be refined through clinic-specific agreements.

Acceptable use

• Do not enter real patient information until a formal service agreement and data-handling process are in place.
• Do not rely on workspace output for medical decisions.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or test with unauthorized accounts.
