This page explains the privacy posture for the TabibAI website, login, and clinical workspace.

Current website data

The public website does not collect patient data, process live medical records, or provide public patient intake. Email links open the visitor’s email client to contact the TabibAI support team at support@tabibai.dev.

Google sign-in

The login page uses Google Identity Services. The TabibAI backend verifies the Google ID token and issues a secure session cookie before granting workspace access.

AI model data processing

TabibAI orchestrates a hybrid stack of frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google and open-weight models including Llama, DeepSeek, and Qwen to process intake, document, and note-generation tasks. AI inference requests are routed to the optimal model based on task type. The platform integrates a medical knowledge layer covering ICD-10, RxNorm, and SNOMED-CT for evidence-based grounding.

Medical data

Do not submit real patient medical information on this public website. The demo workspace is provided to evaluate the product workflow with fictional example cases. Clinical data belonging to partner clinics is processed only inside each clinic's secured deployment, under that clinic's signed service agreement and data-handling controls.
